The Olympic flame burns in front of the Giza Pyramids after traveling 34.66 km throughout the city of Cairo, Egypt, June 11, 2004. The 2004 Athens Olympic flame arrived Egypt on Friday to carry on its international relay. It’s the first time ever in the history that the Olympic flame lands on the African continent.
